response time target which is as follows:

Tue: 9:00am - 5:00pm GMT/BST
Wed: 9:00am - 5:00pm GMT/BST
Thu: 9:00am - 5:00pm GMT/BST
Fri: 9:00am - 5:00pm GMT/BST
Sat: Closed
Sun: Closed
Support target human response time: 6 working business hours.
Sales target human response time: 12 working business hours.

The auto response which confirms your ticket ID.
We do not officially work outside of these hours but you can often find we are able to respond at most times of the day.

Tips to help us help you:
1. If you are receiving an error, include a copy of the error message and how we can reproduce it.
2. Describe your problem or question in detail. The more detail we have, the better we can answer and
assist you.
3. If you have a billing and/or licensing issue, please remember to include your license key, and
information regarding the billing transaction (if appropriate).
